By connecting Dextr AI's guest communications platform with the RemoteLock access control platform, operators will be able to streamline the process of creating, delivering, and managing time-bound access credentials. Guests receive arrival instructions and property access information through their preferred communication channels, while Dextr AI answers routine questions, resends instructions, and escalates exceptions to the appropriate team member.
